A large network of experts on French-Russian cooperation

The Circle Kondratieff is a non-profitmaking organisation, created following the financial crisis of August, 1998. Since its creation, this association puts in network of the experts of horizons socio professional very various, for the research of very concrete solutions of development of French-Russian cooperation. The Circle Kondratieff created for 4 years, supported by the biggest institutions of cooperation, constitutes the biggest network of experts domestically and one of the biggest at European level.

Working axles

Agriculture and food processing industry represent an axle of strong job for this association. The Circle Kondratieff develops currently a programme with the United Nations to favour the emergence of new agricultural farmers priv s3. He got from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs a COCOP plan on the development of co-operative credit. Its network of expert allows today to work in concrete terms on the restructuring of courses of study, the installation of partnerships between Russian and French farmers and the integration of the Russian partners on commercial courses of study, giving them guarantees of markets allowing the refund of their investments. Cooperation in the domains of technological innovation and of research and development.
Cultural cooperation, with the putting forward of new cultural creations giving a younger picture of emergent Russia, by leaning on events such as the International Fair of Caen 2003 where 1500 m will be reserved for firms and Russian stands. This cultural shutter becomes more and more necessary in the job of bet in confidence of the French in comparison with Russia in general, then in comparison with markets.
The relations of Objective is with several experts of the Circle Kondratieff allow to envisage a good integration of our network of young experts in comparison with the working parties of the Circle.
A supplementary job between both associations is indeed possible on some plans (agriculture, new technologies, culture) an affair to be followed.
