The Circle Kondratieff in 2007
The Association, further to its annual General meeting, announces, the continuity of its plans and the deployment of refl xions news, while "Gap" of information between France and Russia, continues maintaining incomprehension, or even animosity, at the price of missed opportunities.
This point represents a brake well to cooperation and to exchanges economic between our two countries, at a time when the partnership Europe-Russia is still not defined. However our big neighbouring merit that we are clear and constructive in his respect for the benefit of the Russians as Europeans and Frenchmen.
The Circle Kondratieff will not miss to communicate on its new plans in the course of this year. These have to bring answers on question, while mobilising new followers, which will be able to take part in these constructive debates.
