Of the French-speaking world in Russophonie
The French-speaking world is a strong concept and a coherent tool of cooperation worldwide. His four main missions are the following:
- French language and cultural and linguistic diversity
- Peace, democracy and human rights
- Education, training, higher education and research
- Sustainable development and solidarity
On the occasion of 100 birthday of the birth of Leopold Senghor, the man who gave all his dimension to the French-speaking world, French and Russian representatives for the Union of Russian-speaking of France, of France Ural and of Foundation Eltsine, gathered at the end of 2006 to throw concept of Russophonie. We organised June 6th, 2006 to the Senate, a symposium on the presentation of stakes of the Russian Special Economic Zones, new door of access to the Russian market. This symposium was a true success.
The positive reactions of the present economic actors, reinforce idea that Russia asserts its position apparently to be a major stake in term of economic development for the Western firms. (more )

The demonstration of the guess-work of Poincar by G. Perelman, young Russian mathematician, if she is not questioned by the scientific community, lets foresee major applications in many domains.
Its refusal of honours and of differentiations shows to what extent it registers in the descendants of great scientists who had the same reaction. Anyway, simple fact to have chosen the Internet way (not commercial) as the broadcasting of its jobs, instead of passing by the scientific magazines widely contributed to its current notability.
