It is the reason for which we had decided to take up an observer mission during presidential elections. Technically it is very interesting to head with the electoral process as well as its applications on the ground. Strong in your French experience, you will indeed be surprised and impression s by the presentation of the election process, by its implementation as by the application of recommendations of OSCE ODIHR and of committee of Venice of the Council of Europe on the last additions and amendments of the franchise act by the Parliament.

We organised June 6th, 2006 to the Senate, a symposium on the presentation of stakes of the Russian Special Economic Zones, new door of access to the Russian market. This symposium was a true success.
The positive reactions of the present economic actors, reinforce idea that Russia asserts its position apparently to be a major stake in term of economic development for the Western firms. (more )

The Symposium of June 6th, 2006 on the Economic Zones Special was a success. Many contacts could be tied and several French regions seem to wish a continuation to this new adventure in region.
5 organising associations were formed in associative platform and are holders of many other promising plans afterwards, of which a series of conferences in the French regions and in Paris.

One of the major problems which meets Russia in the development of its relations with the West, is its absence of window of representation. There are not Russian Alliances as French Alliances. The insufficiency of communication on today's Russia, is at the origin of ignorance, which maintains fears and beliefs and finished to destroy confidence. The question of a window on the West settles for Russia.
For the first time, a collective pavilion of 10 Russian exporters of foodstuff (vodka, pinions of cedar, nectars of red bays) was held in the International Living room of Feeding 2002 in Paris, among which marks Wimm Bill Dann, Kedrovy Bor, Topaz, Ladoga and Kristall and 5 individual stands. For the first time also, Russian industrial businessmen gave themselves ten pages of advertising in the newspaper The World early in the year. Russia is concerned from now on about future for its business abroad.
In September, 2003, Russia, is the guest of honour of the International Fair of Caen. The fair receives generally between 200 000 and 250 000 visitors, 1000 exhibitors A Russian village of 1500 m will be constructed there. St Petersbourg will be strongly represented there to memorialise the tercentenary. Round tables on agricultural and agroindustrial cooperation are planned to follow.
